BarbrFlow is an AI receptionist and appointment-management service for appointment-based hair and beauty businesses, including hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, beauty salons, make-up artists and tattoo studios. It connects to a business's WhatsApp number and uses configured services, staff schedules, prices and policies to answer routine inquiries, check live availability, and book, reschedule or cancel appointments. The service supports reminders, optional deposits through a connected Mollie or Stripe account, group bookings, waitlists for newly available slots, and consent-based messages to returning clients. A web dashboard provides calendar, customer and team information, with occupancy, revenue and no-show views. Owners and staff can review conversations and take over when a request needs human attention. An Android app provides access to appointments, payment status and the waitlist.

Ozync is a check-in kiosk and walk-in waitlist app for salons, barbershops, threading and brow studios, nail salons, spas, and any business with a line at the door. Put an iPad or Android tablet at your entrance and clients check themselves in, pick their stylist or service, sign a digital waiver, and join the queue. Kiosk mode locks the tablet to the check-in screen. Clients can also scan a QR code or tap an NFC sign with their phone, with no app to download, and they get a text when it's their turn. Show the live queue on any TV in your lobby, take online appointments through your own booking website, and run everything from the Ozync app on iPad, iPhone, or Android. Ozync is free for your first 100 guests with no credit card required. After that it's a flat $15 a month billed annually or $20 month to month, with no per-booking or commission fees.
