About Belcome
Belcome is a web-based booking and front-desk platform for salons, barbershops, spas and medical spas. Clients can book services online, while business teams manage appointments, staff schedules, client records and service menus from a shared calendar. The Belcome Pro Android app supports front-desk work, including appointment changes, walk-ins, time-off blocks, client notes, waitlists and promotions. Businesses can manage products and gift cards at checkout, track stock, take payments, issue receipts, split tips and review sales reports. Email confirmations and reminders are sent for bookings; opted-in clients may also receive text reminders. Owners, managers, receptionists and professionals can use role-based access to coordinate daily operations. Service availability is worldwide, while card payment connections and text messaging depend on country coverage and provider approval.
