    "Censorship of staff being bullied "

    Pros: Not sure.
    Can't think of anything positive.
    Only negative things come to mind.
    It's a pity they censor your reviews.

    Cons: I gave a genuine review about staff being bullied all night. TheFork told me this review breached the terms and conditions....

    Overall: Unhappy with this biased service, it's unfair to customers and staff.

    When I complained they just said read terms and conditions and told me to not reply.
