About The Pool Pass
The Pool Pass is a web-based pool access and administration platform for homeowners associations, condominium and apartment communities, property managers, and swim clubs. Residents use iOS and Android apps to apply for seasonal or day passes, follow application decisions, view digital passes, check in and out, and manage guest or additional-resident passes. A browser-based administrator portal supports pool setup, resident applications, pass approvals, pass limits, schedules, age requirements, holiday calendars, and pricing. Communities can collect pass fees online and review pool-usage and payment summaries, with CSV exports for records. The Pool Pass helps replace paper applications, physical tags, and manual sign-in processes with a shared digital workflow for residents and pool administrators.
