Psalm
Psalm is a cloud-based CRM and business management system for small businesses that quote before selling. It manages inquiries, follow-up reminders, quotations priced by size, quantity, or fixed charge, sales orders, invoices, and payments. Customers can accept quotations online; accepted quotes become orders with deposit and staged payments, then invoices without reentering line items. Psalm tracks outstanding balances and ages overdue amounts into 30-, 60-, and 90-day periods. Business logos, colors, and letterheads can be added to documents. A guided importer reads Excel and Google Sheets, and paid plans include an AI assistant that works from business records. Pricing is per company: free for one person to manage invoices, quotes, and customers, with plans at £39/month for up to 3 people, £99/month for up to 15, or £199/month for up to 50. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.

Quoterite
Quoterite runs the whole workflow of a window covering business in one web platform: quoting, CRM and sales pipeline, orders, production scheduling, payments and e-commerce. It's built for blinds, curtains, drapes and shutters companies — retail showrooms, manufacturers, wholesalers and online sellers — across Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK and South Africa. AI does the heavy lifting: a quote checker that catches specification errors before they reach production, and price-list ingestion that turns supplier price lists into working catalogues in hours. Manufacturers get production scheduling with wireless machine connectivity and dealer ordering portals. Pricing is published openly and billed month-to-month with no lock-in, and onboarding is done for you — typically live in 1–2 weeks. Integrates with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks; payments via Stripe, including Afterpay and Zip.

Halvixo
Halvixo is web-based quotation software for small B2B teams. Administrators maintain catalog pricing, publish templates, and set percentage discount warnings, limits, and required reasons. Sales representatives prepare quotes within those controls, save versions, and export customer-ready PDFs. Received customer purchase orders stay connected to the related workflow for separate administrator review, correction requests, approval, or rejection. Halvixo does not route quotes to managers for approval. It supports fixed-rate and per-seat quote pricing in USD. The Team plan is $79/workspace/month plus applicable tax for up to five active users, including administrators. Guided setup is included. The free 30-day evaluation requires manual approval, needs no card, and does not convert automatically. Live subscription billing is not currently enabled.
