TSplus Remote Desktop Software

Pros: Creating a support ticket is very easy and the response from the team is very fast.

Cons: The popup window that displays the message 'protected by reCAPTCHA' is very annoying. Sometimes is doesn't work on certain browsers.

Overall: I've created 2 support tickets and both were resolved quickly and I'm very pleased with the experience. Our clients are also very happy with the TSPlus Remote Access software that they can run our App from any browser and on multiple devices. I also find the administration and use of the TSPlus tools simple and very easy to learn. Most of the tasks needed to administer remote access to our App, are in one place.

Pros: Everything. Easy to setup, up and running in no time. No need to configure policies. Virtual Printer is the best thing to save a lot of printer driver installations on server.

Cons: Many settings are also applied to Administrator. Like Session timing restriction.

Overall: Previously I was using Microsoft Remote Desktop and this product saves a lot of time and configuration.

Pros: Everything the product offers, especially the pricing. A Windows Desktop environment is also easier to maintain because most software is written for desktop and not for the server edition of Windows.

Cons: We could not get the build-in load balancer get to work with our Linux RDP software.

Overall: Great product, I would recommend it to everyone who is searching for a cost effective RDP environment.

Pros: My issue got resolved within 3 working days and a quick response from the support team.

Cons: Remove Old version Order placing option from the partner portal, due to this we are facing lot of issues.

Overall: Good support and quick solution.
It helps us to use a single software or licence in multiple locations.

Pros: I'm really impressed by TSPLUS. Not only did it work well and did just what I needed, the designers anticipated almost all of my needs because I came to them. Kudos!

Cons: No much to dislike so far. I have to understand that is runs the browser (we're using the HTML-5 approach), and browsers (fortunately) limit what a web page can do, for security reasons. So we have to use work-arounds. But they worked fine.

Overall: A great product (which Microsoft should have offered in the first place). And in addition, great support! 10 out of 10!

Pros: It was very easy to install, configure and publish applications.
Very useful for delivering desktop applications via the web without too much knowledge of remote desktop server configuration, and much, much cheaper.

Cons: I have nothing against it, maybe just the fact that I don't give free updates for at least a year.

Overall: Quick support via tickets, WhatsApp and phone. Using TSPLUS Enterprise has been an added value in this period of working from home.

Pros: Easy configurable and security features introduced are very very useful in avoiding the unauthorised access.

Cons: Older v12 licensing and rehosting was cumbersome.

Overall: Wonderful product I love using it I would recommend others to use it. You will also fall in love with it.

Pros: TSPlus is a product that works exactly as promised. With regular updates and top support it's a winner.

Cons: We once had an issue with our license renewal. It was promptly addressed by the support staff.

Overall: I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an alternative to Microsoft's Terminal Server.

Pros: Services printing, security, and other services like virtual printer.

Cons: On the web access some minor design and HTTP without security.

Overall: Good application for small businesses, special who have more branches.

Pros: Very helpful and always got back with the requested information. Even when I done something wrong they helped me out to sort the issues i had.

Cons: The only issue i have had is they have changed the installation names from what i was used to. But once they had told me what the new names are it was ok.

Overall: When I compare the TSPlus teams support service they are at the top of list in every category. The product is great and is very stable.

Pros: Quality and pricing.
Easy of installing the application.
Regular updates available to keep it all save and secure.

Cons: Would like a more easy way for offline updates.
It has improved already a lot.

Overall: Good product.

Pros: Easy to use and feature rich RDS alternative.
Cost effective.
Great Customer Support.
Geo IP restrictions feature.

Cons: Demo is only 2 weeks, 30 days would be nice even though thats enough time for a serious RnD session.

Overall: Great product, I highly recommend TS Security along with TSPlus for security reasons. Protects you server from attack while TSPlus performs like a champ in RDS and application publishing.

Pros: Easy to install and activate (manually).
Almost no technical problem, very easy tech support.
Turns web any software, and enables to access it with any browser on any device.
Decent price compared to competitors.

Cons: No monthly payment.
No direct connection between the payment, the installation and the activation of the license (the activation must be done manually).
Additional modules rather expensive.
Many difficulties to migrate from v12 to v14.

Overall: The best option on the market by far, compared to all the competitors, with an affordable price and almost no technical problems.

Pros: The Multi-user access for Windows 10 with TSplus combined with TSplus Advanced Security simply just works. The Remote Work application adds quick and on the fly browser connection via any device back to the office workstation.

Cons: It's not a case of what I really don't like - Windows Updates needs to be kept up to date including all of the TSplus applications on at the very least a monthly basis. This generally requires a re-boot for the multi-user workstation so one has make sure no-one is logged in and I always do after hours.

Overall: Best decision I made for all of my smaller clients with 3 to 10 users - only one workstation to maintain! Have been using the TSplus products for over 10 years now. Well done to the TSplus team - keep up the great work.

Pros: Easy installation and configuration options, and many options to secure the access of any user, besides you may create a client to permit the client to access to the remote computer just with one click.

Cons: Nothing at all, it is a great software and it has many options to buy what you need.

Overall: I'm very satisfied with this software, and happy to know that everyone are able to access the server or pc securely and work without any problem at all.

Pros: Having been using TSPlus for many years and find installing, configuring and using the software to be very easy - much simple to setup than other Remote Desktop solutions.

Using TSPlus in a web browser is fantastic, could not believe it the fist time I used it , was so simple and so fast to use.

Also find Security Essentials to be very good and excellent at protecting systems running TSPlus software for remote access.

Cons: Would be nice to have a technical support line, but when I have required support by email or the Forum - TSPlus have got back to me very quickly with the answer to my question or issue.

Overall: Have used TSPlus software for a long time now in-house and for customers and find to to be excellent for all remote access use - very simple to configure and simple to show users how to access and to remote print.

Pros: We needed to get everyone working from home - and quickly. It took one weekend to get all ~40 users migrated to a TSplus Remote Access environment.

Cons: Licensing was a bit fiddly in our offline testing, but worked fine when we went to production.

Overall: Best bang for the buck remote desktop software out there. Setup was fast and we didn't have to spend much time training the staff how to use it.
