Pros: TSplus is known for its ability to offer a secure remote desktop experience, simplifying IT management and improving productivity with easy-to-use, powerful features. It stands out due to its user-friendly interface, robust security, and cost-effective licensing model.
Cons: One area for improvement could be that some users find the setup and configuration a bit complex, especially if they're not very tech-savvy. Another point is that the interface could be more modern and intuitive. "TSPlus enables desktop apps to be accessed from a Web Browser" Posted 2024-10-09
Pros: TSPlus allows users to connect from a Remote Desktop Client or web browser. There is also an app that can be used on your smart phone. Therefore I did not need to create web apps as I can access my normal desktop apps via the browser. TSPlus also handles the problem of printing from a remote server. Screen sharing is built-in so I can use that for training or technical support with users on the server.
Cons: Over the years the product has improved to the point where I no longer have any complaints about the product.
Overall: I would recommend TSPlus as it is cheaper than most solutions yet offers all the features required for hosting applications in the cloud.

"Best tool" Posted 2024-09-12
Pros: I use TSplus for about 4 years, it's the best solution for me.
It gives my clients the possibility to consult their shops from away.
you can print directly on your printer.Cons: But you should be careful from viruses if you use no ip and you open a port on your router.
It will be better to have access without opening a port like team viewer, I don't know if they thought about it.Overall: It's the best solution and their support is helpful and understand quickly.

"Windows Remote Desktop made easy" Posted 2024-08-17
Pros: Simple setup and implementation for Remote Desktop through the software. Support has been quick to respond and assist on tickets created when seeking extra instructions.
Cons: Nit picking - When accessing server through HTML5 using a web browser, you can't send CTRL+ALT+DEL through a Toolbar Menu (or use CTRL+ALT+END) to bring up the Remote Desktop's shell screen to easily guide users to Password Resets.
Overall: Have been using the software as an MSP for over 4 years to establish Remote Desktop services for our clients. Have been very pleased with the performance and ease of use for the software.

"TSplus as remote desktop service" Edited 2024-08-15
Pros: Simple installation and setup of the server, creating clients, etc. If you have problems with installation and use, technical support is fast and of high quality. I haven't had a lot of interactions, but a few questions over the past 10+ years have been answered quickly.
Cons: There is no MSI version of the ConnectionClient file, which is necessary for installation via GPO.
Overall: To use TSplus, it is sufficient to have a Windows computer that supports Remote Desktop. There are no other requirements, and the installation does not depend on the OS version. This solves the problem when a simple and not too expensive RDS solution is needed.

"Great product and support!" Posted 2024-05-11
Pros: Originally we both it for remote desktop, but soon switched to Remote Apps, to have seamless apps and the Application portal html5 interface for home use.
Another great thing is support. I had an issue and i was exchanging emails with support daily. I have received fast responses, got a patch before the next release and got deeper explanation in configuration.
So i was able to tailor it specifically to what i needed.Cons: I have not found anything that was not solvable so far.
Overall: I have not found a better priced product with the set of desired features and support.
