SurgyCRM is a cloud-based hospital CRM for managing patient inquiries and engagement across the care journey. It brings website, chatbot, call-centre, WhatsApp, walk-in, referral and imported leads into a shared inbox, then supports assignment, follow-up, source tracking and conversion against hospital information system records. Teams can set up care-journey milestones and automated WhatsApp reminders, manage doctor and partner referrals, and collect QR-code feedback as tracked tickets. A bilingual website chatbot captures questions and creates leads; role- and branch-based access, audit trails and dashboards support multi-location operations. A companion mobile field app records referral visits. SurgyCRM is intended for hospitals and hospital groups, connects with existing HIS/HMS platforms through APIs or scheduled data sync, and can also begin with spreadsheet imports. It is delivered as multi-tenant SaaS.
