Pros: Easy to use product while providing flexibility.
Great support if you need it. Quick resolutions to any questions you may have.Cons: As with any DCIM, you must have strong external processes to support use of the product.
Overall: Strong partnership form the beginning to make sure we are successful in using their product to accomplish our goals
