About SubLien

SubLien is subcontractor-compliance software for general contractors. It brings lien-waiver requests, COI collection and review, W-9s, vendors, projects, and payment-run records into one workflow. Teams prepare conditional or unconditional progress and final waivers, keep the project state and selected form source visible for customer or counsel review, and collect signatures through secure email links. For COIs, document parsing prefills facts; the customer's reviewer checks the source, edits any recorded value, compares the record with company, project, or optional vendor minimums, and records the customer's conclusion. SubLien works standalone, with optional Procore and QuickBooks Online integrations. Every paid plan includes every feature and unlimited users, vendors, and projects; only document allowance differs. SubLien records the customer's workflow and does not make legal-validity, coverage, compliance, authority, enforceability, or payment decisions.
