Stride Events

Pros: We switched to Stride Events this year for our ticketing and have been extremely pleased with our service!

Cons: We have had no issues with our use of this program. We are very happy with it.

Overall: If we have an issue it is taken care of immediately. Our Director is always available by phone whenever needed and that is very important to us!

Pros: I work for a county fair in Iowa and this company is AMAZING!!!! It does everything you could ever want for putting on a large event! I was so excited to have our sponsorships live so we could send out mass sponsorship info and not have to worry about limited sponsorships having duplicate entries! I also love that you can automatically sent the business a invoice and we don't have to create our own. Another thing i LOVE is the volunteer sign up! We we were doing our signup on Signup Genius and the list of jobs and shifts were over 10 pages long to scroll through. The way Stride Events has it set up so you can select a job and then see the shifts makes it SO much more user friendly and our team is loving it! Lastly, we had a subscrition to Constant Contact for our mass emails. We were able to get rid of that as well because this company has that included as well!! And it automatically categorizes all your email lists so you can select who you are sending too! I forgot to also mention all the awesome features like particpant signsup we use for all of our events and activities as well as vendor signups! It tracks and does absolutely EVERYTHING you could want AND it is all FREE!!!!!!! It is so amazing you would think it is too good to be true, because that is what i thought when i recieved the sales call, but it was worth my time to look into if all this was as good as it sounds, and I am SO glad i did! Trevor has been AMAZING and if the site doesn't do something you want it to do. He sends it on to their developers or lets us talk to the CEO to make it even better! The customer service has been amazing! I recommend this to every big fair and event out there!!

Cons: None. It is all so amazing! The only recommendation i had was to collect mailing addresses when sponsors submit their info so we can send them thank you cards and they are working on adding that!

Overall: Customer service is amazing, the platform is amazing, and the FREE cost is amazing! Highly recommend!

Pros: I have enjoyed working with Stride Events. They listened to my needs and are willing to answer my questions and solve any problems I have.

Cons: I really don't have any Cons in working with Stride Events.

Overall: Overall I have enjoyed working with Stride Events. They have been accommodating and listen to my needs and work to solve any issues that come up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pros: The interface was easy to use for setup, ticket redemption at the box office, and for the customer. What was really helpful since we are a nonprofit, was patrons could also make donations in addition to purchasing tickets. The ticket reader was easy to use and was sent directly to our office.

Cons: The interface to upload graphics for tickets was a bit challenging and I wish we had more options.

Overall: We had a very positive experience with Stride Events for our 2026 film festival. Louis and the team are incredibly responsive and immediately answered the few times we had any issues. I would highly recommend them.

Pros: Their service can't be beat! They are always available to help and brainstorm new ideas or make changes to help us succeed.

Cons: There really isn't anything we don't like. They have an amazing team that works hard to give us the tools we need.

Overall: Stride events has helped our business grow tremendously. We started offering electronic ticketing with QR codes at our events to offer our customers a quicker option for using a credit/debit card to purchases tickets. We moved to a handheld tablet with a card reader to use "tap and pay" to make it even faster. We now have 4 kiosk systems where our customers can quickly get into our event with ease. We could not be happier with their platform and customer service is always available to help when needed. I don't know what we did without them!!!

Pros: We have been very happy with the personalized customer support and systems at Stride Events. As a small association it has really taken a lot of stress out of event ticket sales and membership dues tracking.

Cons: I'm looking forward to improved editing capabilities with email systems so we can move our emails to members to Stride.

Overall: The personalized help has been great and improved our ability to track event ticket sales and memberships.

Pros: The tracking of registration has been such a nice change from creating my own spreadsheets from emails. I love the easy snapshot of registration and revenue.

Cons: I would like to see sponsorship as a price range instead of a set dollar amount.

Overall: Overall this has made the tracking of registration and revenue so much easier as well as the check-in feature.

Pros: Stride Events made a huge impact on our ticketing process. Moving from pen-and-paper check-ins to mobile QR scanning streamlined entry and allowed us to keep ticket sales open longer. The platform also offers strong growth tools that have helped increase attendance year over year. On top of that, the ongoing support from our account manager, Christian, has been incredibly valuable in helping us maximize the platform.

Cons: There aren’t any major drawbacks we’ve encountered. Like any robust system, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but the support team makes the onboarding process smooth and easy to navigate.

Overall: Stride Events has significantly elevated our ticketing experience. We were able to move away from pen-and-paper check-ins to scanning mobile QR codes, which allowed us to keep ticket sales open longer and streamline entry for attendees.

Their platform offers a robust set of tools, including growth features that have helped increase attendance at our shows year over year.

The most valuable part of Stride is the support. Our account manager, Christian, works closely with us all year to help us maximize the platform and keep pushing our events forward.

Pros: I loved the fact our Account Manager KJ made everything seamless. The product itself replaced 5 systems we were using before Square, PayPal, Signups Genius, our own Website store, and Ticketleap. It's all under one umbrella for our ticket sales, volunteers, and registration. Plus as an admin I can give our team access to the parts they only need. It's even been great for our registrants, so easy to use!

Cons: The only thing I don't like is that changes to the registration questions have to be disabled and cannot be erased. It ends up making the admin page for it look messy if you've made mistakes like I have.

Overall: It's been an amazing experience. Customer service is top notch. I only wished we would have found your company sooner!

Pros: The analytics and clear financial statements are sovereign for record-keeping. I can customize just about anything which is great! It allows me to offload otherwise time-consuming tasks and focus creatively on my event and on my team.

Cons: It's honestly the best thing to happen to my event besides my creative team.

Overall: The representative from Stride took care of all the potential confusion spots in getting set up (which happened wonderfully fast). I was able to make the switch in about 48 hours and I started noticing streamlined sales quite quickly. Without the representative's help it would have been challenging to learn to navigate. As it is, I feel like Stride is literally part of my event team with a real person attached.

Pros: Phenomenal customer service! Offered as much face time with human agent as much as needed. Inscrutable technology not found anywhere else.

Cons: I haven't found any yet. I don't see a downside or anticipate any.

Overall: Great! Unparalleled in industry. Stride is a really well designed and maintained app that shows great promise to help major segments of my business well into the future.

Pros: I appreciate the attentive help that the Stride Events representative gave me.

Cons: I like all aspects of Stride Events. I plan to use it in all of our events in the future.
