    "Did everything what we needed it to run"

    Pros: We have a large customer base, a critical incident that isn’t handled effectively in time can affect our business. With Squadcast we could manage incidents in much more organised and productive way.

    Cons: Not much, configuration can use some redesign. Its hard to find some settings sometimes.

    Overall: Incident timeline shows the complete picture of the incidents and response. We can quickly identify the source of an alert, review the alert information, see who has acknowledged and responded. Actions can be taken in coordination with the responsible team members or “Squads” on the incident specific dashboard. This has helped us in keeping the whole team on the same page regarding various incidents and streamline our operations.
