    Pros: Spike provides us with an environment that facilitates interaction with third parties in different ways, whether by calls, messaging, e-mail, etc. Its platform is intuitive and straightforward; it is pretty easy to understand how it works and to take advantage of its many communicative and collaborative benefits for the benefit of work teams.

    Cons: It is multiplatform, but its application for mobile devices is not as optimal as the computer one; some functions cannot be used.

    Pros: New way to start chatting without sharing your mobile number, so it helps if you have privacy concerns. It has all of the feature that typical email apps have. Also integrated with voice and video calling.

    Cons: Till now I didn't faced any serious problems with this tool.
