    Pros: It helps me to create a pragmatic source of ideas to deepen the management of commissions; I no longer have to do deep calculations to get an accurate result. With Spiff, everything is more reasonable, logical, and very efficient; the results are highly feasible and with a high degree of efficiency. I like the interface.

    Cons: He felt that there are tools that should not be in the interface; they are not used frequently or never.

    Overall: We do a lot of tracking of our commission forms in payments and collections for services; this software keeps us updated and automatically runs the process. It certainly is impressive and has maintained a constant way of creating spreadsheet management with great ease. It is essential to highlight at the level of quantifiable control each of the measures of commissions that are raised. Simultaneously, the software has given excellent performance, and the interface helps much more than you expect.

    Pros: Easy dashboard where you are able to see exactly how much you are making for each sale you make in real time.

    Cons: Literally there are no cons as a user for using Spiff.

    Overall: Overall if you are wanting an easy way to keep your commissions and clawbacks in one place for your reps this is the solution.
