Affordable, no-lock-in pricing: the software itself is free, start with a free demo, then a free 60-day Implementation Trial (FIT) that gives you real hands-on time to evaluate it, with the freedom to walk away at any point if it’s not the right fit. A one-time Go Live fee ($1,799, $899 for nonprofits) applies once you’re ready to go live. A CARF surveyor on our team advises directly on Community Living, Ministry of Children and Families, and equivalent U.S. state reporting, so compliance is built in, not bolted on.

Pricing
Free 60-day Implementation Trial (FIT): two full months of guided onboarding, setup, training, and consultant support, at no cost. Walk away at any point if it’s not the right fit.
$1,799 one-time Go Live fee ($899 for nonprofits), due on Day 61 once the free trial wraps up: covers full platform activation, user rollout, and continued consulting, training, and support.
Every core module is included; optional add-ons are priced separately.
$12.50/user/month ($10/user/month for nonprofits with 20% discount applied), ongoing (5-user minimum: $62.50/month standard, $50/month nonprofit), with custom automations or specialized requests billed hourly only as needed.
Optional Virtual HR add-on: $500/month flat rate for organizations up to 20 staff without a dedicated HR admin.
