SalesRepFielder is commission software for QuickBooks Online: reads your invoices and the migrated sales-rep field, applies your commission rules, produces per-rep statements, and posts the journal entry into your books. Built for bookkeepers, accounting firms, and small businesses on QBO.

THE PROBLEM. QuickBooks Online has no Sales by Rep report. If you migrated from Desktop, the converter carried your REP field over as a custom-field dropdown — initials only, unlinked from any employee record. The standard fix is a monthly commission spreadsheet almost no one audits.

WHAT IT DOES. SalesRepFielder connects to QuickBooks Online and reads invoices, sales receipts, payments, credit memos, and refund receipts — including the migrated rep custom field. Commission plans run as explicit rules: flat, tiered, per-deal rate lookup, margin-based, quotas and attainment, bonuses, SPIFF windows, splits, pools, manager overrides, caps, clawbacks.
