Pros: Easy interface, free for the user, allows several people different levels of access to what they can do within the system. Easy to promote and can even nest within your webpage.

Cons: Honestly, not many cons, very basic looking, but nothing really wrong with that.

Overall: Overall, I'm glad this exists for people putting on smaller events to pre-sale tix, and you can even include merch bundles and other variations.

Pros: As a new user not knowing anything about this site it was very user friendly easy to set up and navigate. I only got through the setting up part we've only used it for one day so I can't really give much of a review for anything further than the setup project

Cons: As of now I have nothing bad to say like I said it is our first time using it today so I didn't run into any issues yet

I never used any other streaming software so I don’t have anything to contrast the product with - but with how easy this was, I can’t see any reason I would check out their competitors. I Recommend this platform.

Pros: This was my first time using a ticketing platform for an event and PromoTix made the process seamless!

Cons: I wish it auto-calculated tax so you can either add or deduct accordingly, that way ticket buyers don't know tax is included in their price.

Pros: I was so happy to find PromoTix after Eventbrite unpublished and canceled our event without our knowledge due to the fact that we had CBD drinks available at the event. Not only did they cancel our event, but they locked me out of the entire platform which had all of our data from previous events.

Cons: Can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like about the platform or the app.

Overall: It was very easy to set up, and I love using the app to manage the event and orders. We had a registrant who was unable to attend and it took me 30 seconds to refund them.

Pros: PromoTix is easy to use for both administrator and user. Easy to navigate and get your event up and running. I appreciate that it doesn't feel exclusionary like Flite for example, where you have to give your instagram profile and wait to be approved. The service fees are also very low for ticket buyers, vs the giants like Ticketmaster.

Cons: I wish there was more marketing opportunities for my events within the PromoTix platform. The design is also not the most aesthetic or cool looking, but it is functional.

Overall: Overall I enjoy the PromoTix experience for its' ease of use, accessibility, and low fees. I don't love the look of it but at the end of the day I'm just trying to sell tickets. I will continue to use it for my events.
