About Polished
Polished is salon management software for nail salons, hair salons, barbershops and beauty studios. Its browser-based service provides a shared appointment calendar, staff schedules, online booking through a salon link or QR code with no per-booking commission, client records and visit history, and tools for managing services and retail products. A cash-desk module records cash and card transactions, expenses and daily closings, while reports summarize activity by team member, service and product. The system sends automatic SMS appointment reminders and campaigns, and exports records to Excel or PDF. The EVA AI assistant works in Greek and English, answering questions about business data and helping book appointments, send messages, manage appointments and build reports. Polished is available in Greek and English through a browser on any device, as well as desktop software for Windows, macOS and Linux. Plans serve solo professionals and salon teams.
