    Pros: The software is not good, and we never prefer it.
    Implementation Issue.
    Software is sluggish and unreliable.

    Cons: Poor Customer Support.
    Not Customizable.
    Time Tracking Issue.

    Overall: We recently bought this Pocket HRMS HR Payroll software. This software is sluggish and unreliable, whatever it promises. Poor customer support and not at all customizable. Proper HR payrolls process and implementation issue is a great concern in this. Overall, the software is not good, and we never prefer it.

    Pros: Pocket HRMS has a clean, fluid, and user-friendly interface. It's really easy to discover what you're looking for!

    Cons: So far, everything is fine. Whenever I got stuck due to my lack of HR knowledge, their support team was always there to help me.

    Overall: Pocket HRMS is an excellent HRM Software for both small and large businesses. It provides useful features like attendance and leave management, requirement, and integrated payrolls. Pocket HRMS can be considered as one of the best HRM software in the market right now.
