About Pigeon
Pigeon is a mobile business phone service for solo professionals and owner-operators who want a separate work number on the phone they already carry. Its iPhone and Android apps let users place and receive calls using a business number, manage voicemail and business hours, review recent and missed calls, save contacts, and add notes to call records. The service can send one automatic text from the business number when an inbound call is missed. A Solo subscription includes one new U.S. local business number and unlimited calls subject to fair-use terms. Law firms can optionally add Legal & Billing tools to review calls as billable or non-billable, associate calls with matters, and connect eligible call activity with Clio. Pigeon is intended for users in the United States and does not place 911 calls; dialing 911 opens the phone's built-in dialer and uses cellular service.
