Paystone Loyalty

Pros: Easy to use, easy to order plastic cards.
GC machine super easy to use too.
Invoices always very clear and on time.

Cons: Do not have e-gift cards included on the price we pay as other Canadian companies offer.
Do not see any support from your company to help with sales of plastic GC to our customers.

Overall: We do not have a big volume of GC so we are ok with what we have for now. However, we are looking at other options to be able to promote and sell e-GF in a budget way.

Pros: We could import from Moneris gift card program balance to Paystone app and we can see the each transaction on web dashboard which is very convenient.

Cons: We used to have Clover Flex and start using Paystone app, however, it’s not available for Clover Mini.

We have more locations, but it’s not only one kind of device, so we use the different type of devices it depends on type of businesses. I hope it works in the future.

Overall: We also can see the transaction on the web dashboard, but we are not happy that Clover mini is not available.

Pros: Fast response.

Great Custer service.
Ease of use and pretty straight forward.

Cons: Pricing. I am expecting prices to get revisited.
More flexibility and options to link the service with e-loyalty and gift cards via email.

Overall: Extremely professional and always there to assist and help their customers in a quick reliable manner.

Pros: They offer great service, the customer service is so friendly, and so quick! exactly what we needed. Great reports to look at for my business, helps with planning for the future and to get a look into the past.

Cons: Not many, I haven't used their product for too long, so it is hard to say!

Overall: A stone as a gift card product in our store, it works very well it was very simple to set up. the customer service is above the rest, I was always helped immediately when I had an issue. Never had to wait on the phone for long periods of time. I like the options I am given when looking at the back end of my account. easy to understand and very helpful for my business.

Pros: This solution has been installed in our cafeterias and it has improved our bottom line.

Cons: We are happy with the solution and have no recommendations.

Overall: We would recommend this solution to other cafeterias that are looking at installing a gift carding solution for an enterprise solution.

Pros: Easy to design custom cards. Easy to upload your logo and pictures to design your own card. Cards are Easy to load, reload and redeem.

Cons: I only gave 4/5 because shipping cost is too high if you want a small order. $28 for 50 cards is too much. FedEx is only option.

Overall: Support is great via telephone. I would recommend.

Pros: It was fast and organized. I was surprised because everything was very easy to do. Thank you for the service.

Cons: Nothing, all the steps are very easy and fast to do.

Overall: All of my experience was great. At the beginning I was thinking that it was complicated but when you enter into the process, everything goes well.

Pros: We started using Paystone with our gift card for a couple years. Then, we are using the loyalty card as well which very easy to use.

Cons: The customer service took quite some time to respond by email.

Overall: We are using Paystone Loyalty almost 4 years now and will continue to using it because it very friendly to use.

Pros: It's pretty simple to use and implement. And reordering replacement cards is pretty quick and painless.

Cons: I don't have any issues with this product at all. I'm pretty happy with how it works.

Overall: It's great. If you own a retail business, you should definitely invest in this product. I use it daily, and the cards are reusable.

Pros: Gift cards are tracked based on upload and transactions processed. Great tracking system and very user friendly.

Cons: I hoped it allowed access to change Invoice Numbers used to upload Gift Cards.
It would be nice to be able to activate a card Online rather than only through a POS terminal.
System needs another field for Student Identification numbers.

Overall: The gift program is user friendly for a school setting. We prefer to have cards activated through the DataCandy software and modification to Invoice Numbers as well in the future.
As a School, it would help if another field is added for Student Identification numbers to track in the system as well.

Pros: the dash board is very user friendly, when calling customer service the staff are always friendly. Creating the gift card was easy to do and when they arrived they were exactly what we pictured. the color wasn't off at all. Pricing isn't that much either.

Cons: I have no issues with any of the services we have.

Overall: This system works well for the needs of the business, we have never had any issues with it. I would highly recommend this system. The price is fantastic too.

Pros: Once it's integrated it's a very straight forward and easy to use guest appreciation solution.
For me as an admin it's much easier to track.

Cons: You need two cards one for the loyalty card and one for the gift card, it would be easier for the guests, business and tracking if it all could be on just one card.

Overall: We switch our printed paper gift card over to a reusable/reloadable card and added a loyalty card, it was very well excepted by our guests.

Pros: User friendly, easy to find the information.
The end of month report is clear and easy to understand.

Cons: Impossible to find the sold date of all cards, the only information is at the day you look. Example: you can not find the sold of the date September 30.

Overall: Quick to respond when you a a question. Excellent service.
They help you when you have a question, and do all to help you.
