    "The Worst of the Worst"

    Pros: Paycor has very few Pros. In fact I cannot think of a single one. I guess one advantage is that their product line ONLY deals with HR. Heaven help us if they start building software to run healthcare, airlines or systems essential for maintaining human life.

    Cons: 1) It's buggy
    2) Customer support is lacking - Paycor employees know less about Paycor than the customers.
    3) Customer support is non responsive.

    Overall: Paycor is by far the worst HRIS system that I've had the misfortune of using in 30 years. If you're thinking of adopting Paycor, run in another direction. You'll rue the day if you ever decided to purchase this product.

    Pros: The use of Paycor makes it easier for me to improve the efficiency of payments to workers, it reduces those problems that arise when fulfilling a work obligation and I save time to fully concentrate on other areas of the company to have a good labor control as a representative. On the other hand, this software helps me to have a good personnel management, I achieve assertive solutions in the control of human resources, and, above all, in the payroll payments that I make every fifteen days, this integral payment saves me time and that currently I do not do it manually but automatically through Paycor. Another point in favor of this software is that in addition to having a very innovative interface, it is also very friendly, because it helps you and guides you step by step with the functions that you want to execute, therefore, all the activities that you carry out through Paycor will be completed successfully. I like that the Paycor system is very fast, the moment I enter to make a payment for the company, I do it easily and leave quickly, it is a very direct software. Likewise, it is an advantage that the employee data is in one place, it is much easier to obtain it when you need information from an employee. And, finally, that it manages the hours of the employees seems to me to be a great benefit for the company, and for me to be able to manage the good control of the workers, so, before sending the comprehensive payroll, the hours worked of each are first verified. worker and then send the payment. I have made good benefits for the company using this software, I work faster and save a lot of time, I am glad that I got a multi-functional software.

    Cons: I would like the guidelines and the steps to follow that this software offers for its proper execution to be improved to meet the objectives that we set for ourselves. Paycor manages the workers well, but I would also like to be able to put a description of each worker, also, all the objectives and functions that each worker has should be tracked to know if they fulfill their daily activities. If Paycor had weekly reports, this would make it a better software, with the weekly reports I can observe the weekly development and administration of the company, I can know if each worker has fulfilled their function and their working hours, but, above all, everything, if we have fulfilled the objectives that we set ourselves each week, likewise, with these reports we can solve the problems that have arisen in the company and we can look for solutions to them, in the same way I can establish weekly meetings to analyze said reports and ask the staff how we can improve, and so, every week we set goals to meet to become better.

    Something that annoys me a bit about this software is that it takes a long time to terminate an employee in this system, I have to try to make the request daily from the moment the staff is withdrawn so that they can completely remove it from the system, this it brings with it certain problems to my statistics, because it is treated as if the employee were still working and then I always have to cancel the payment and their functions. Another thing that bothers me is that the support team is very slow, they take days to answer the questions I have, and this delays certain activities that go together with Paycor.

    Overall: In general, Paycor is a software that helps you with payroll payments and human resource administration, it is a perfect combination for a CEO since by obtaining these two functions in the same software, it can manage your employees in a broad way. employees, and at the same time, all the activities that they develop in the company to achieve work objectives. You will be able to manage payments automatically, you will be able to organize life, disability, and health insurance. Also, you can make a total analysis of the workers, save the databases and search for them, likewise, you can change the hours of the workers and their shifts, you can have the hiring of personnel saved in the database, their functions, if they work overtime, their development in the company, embargoes, and control of hours.

    On the other hand, you can manage workflow orientation, daily tasks, business performance, integrate social networks, schedule staff according to the time you want and online time. This software always keeps you up to date, it sends you notifications and alerts about your management in general, you can also have weekly or daily reminders, depending on the tasks you want, or you can do it for the workers so that they can execute tasks in a specific time.
