PayCore Salary System is Windows payroll and salary management software for businesses that run payroll from a local office computer. Users can enter employee details and salary structures, including housing, transport, and other allowances, then calculate monthly payroll with overtime, bonuses, unpaid leave, tax, and loan installments. The software generates PDF payslips and Excel reports, supports multiple currencies including Gulf currencies with three decimal places, and provides an Arabic interface. It also handles end-of-service gratuity calculations and fixed bank-transfer amounts for wage protection system (WPS) workflows. Payroll is processed locally without an internet connection. A one-time license covers unlimited employees, with no subscription or per-employee charge. The software runs on Windows without cloud access.
