    Pros: Program or app performs as promised. My only complaint is support, not helpful at all. Please see explanation below.

    Cons: The program has and continues to crash for no reason. I have sent in crash codes reports etc.
    I get a response, "Yes, but we can't offer support for the impossible." and going on to say that they have not seen this come up before. I asked for other options and was just met with silence... This is sad.

    Overall: Not good.
    The program when it runs is great, and performs as promised but the support, not so much.

    "Paperless for Windows - DO NOT BUY!"

    Pros: Very good for organizing receipts and documents.

    Cons: Software has a lot of bugs in it. I was using the latest version, 3.0.3. No support what so ever. No response. Asking for my money back and all I got was crickets.

    "I've used Paperless for years"

    Pros: Simple and easy to use.
    However you need to test what type of set up best works for you.
    I recommend to work with well designed smart folders, serving your individual needs.

    Cons: It would be great if it would be easier to adapt to the different international requirements. It is understandable very US oriented. Its reading abilities could be improved, particular in regards to cashier receipts. The challenges of reading the date properly is due the lack of any standards and NOT of the software!

    Overall: It makes organizing a breeze. I certainly recommend it, I have used different software and wasn't pleased at all. There might be better softwares out there, but price wise this one beats them all!
