Pros: There is nothing to report positive about such a fraudsters. The pros is they are good at many people fool.

Cons: I had an extremely negative experience with this company and strongly advise others to avoid them. I signed up for a service and paid a small initial fee, but the service did not deliver what was promised or what I reasonably expected.

On top of that, I was charged €49.99 for an annual subscription that I never knowingly agreed to. This charge came as a complete surprise and felt deeply misleading and unfair.

Overall: In my personal experience, the app was useless for my needs, and the billing practices left me feeling deceived. I recommend staying well away from this company and its app.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: I spent 0.99 as a one off payment for a PDF to word document which wasn’t useable. A week later they ‘stole’ £49.99 from my account and have refused to return it to me. I now have the unfortunate task of looking at taking legal action. Please don’t use this company.

Pros: Nothing – they charge you for things that you didn't agree to, and obfuscate that they are doing this and try to hide behind this. No answers to repeated emails. Scammers.

Cons: They initiate recurring payment which you do not agree to.

Overall: Complete scam. You sign up for a trial and then they scam you and keep charging you. Do not trust or use.

Pros: Nothing to like about this thievery. They've developed a cunning plan to extract a lot of money from trial users without their knowledge. It's criminal.

Cons: Their deception in order to steal money from unaware victims.

Overall: Beware of this deceitful, cunning scam, trickery at its finest, get a once off file converted for $1.99, months later you find out the crooks have been stealing money from you bank account monthly $50USD for absolutely nothing in return, then they have the hide to tell you you missed the fine print, and that you actually signed up for a monthly subscription to be stolen from your bank account at their will, and to top it of PayPal says it's fine, you're on your own buddy, nothing to see here, absolute brazen theft by these slimey crooks and PayPal to boot.

Cons: Any company who enrolls you into a subscription without your consent is a scam specially if you are paying for the services …just because I go to a restaurant once this restaurant doesn’t enroll me into their minimum charge every month

Overall: Terrible thieves.

Pros: Service was great for the one page I converted but it wasn't worth $52. I would never trust this company again.

Cons: I didn't mind paying for the trial period of $1.99 but they don't operate like other sites. They CONVENIENTLY add "fine print" hoping no one reads it. After being charged a non-refundable $49.99, I tried to cancel so they charged AGAIN for $.99 For every person scammed, they make $52 then send an email telling you "sorry"! They make a lot of money off of this scam.

Overall: I'd rather not!!! I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. Wish I had read these reviews before donating to them.

I used the service for a form translation, and I was asked to pay 1 Euro for a 7 day trial. Which I figured was ok, so I was dumb enough to do it. The result was piss poor, the "translated" version of my PDF was identical to the original form! No translation.

Cons: THIS IS A SCAM! They make you sign up for a 7 day trial, and in invisible font in the footer, it is hidden that they will charge you 50 Euros per month per the end of the trial. Once you sing up, there is no confirmation per email or other receipt that makes it clear they are scamming you. Stay away from this company! There are other options that don't screw you over.

Overall: I was scammed by this company as so many others. I had a one time need to translate a PDF form. Tried PDF Guru, and before showing me the result of the translation, I was asked to pay 1 Euro for a 7-day trial. Big letters about what I was opting in for, and only after the scam occurred to me did I go back and discovered how they have hidden the monthly subscription of 50 Euros per months in the footer text with nearly invisible font (grey and small, inside the typical terms and conditions that they know nobody reads!). Of course, nothing like a confirmation by email or anything else that would induce me to cancel within the 7 day window...

I contacted customer service within minutes of my card getting charged, and of course there's no refund. So clearly, this business is based in tricking people like me to click and pay for a one time need, and secretly lure them into a crazy subscription that no sane private person would accept.

Perhaps with mentioning: The translation I needed completely failed!

Cons: PDF Guru offered a 7 day trial which i took with the caveat that i would cancel if I would not use it any more. WITHOUT any notice they just rolled me into a year sub and took money through paypal without any notification.

Overall: I cancelled on the app the repeat payment but did not know that unless i physically go into paypal it won't be accepted, so they took 49.99 GBP from me and refused to refund. I hope they won't con others into these stupid scams

Pros: Nothing about this service and company is positive. They are a SCAM company hiding behind their DF conversion service.

Cons: PDF Guru are Guru’s of taking monthly subscriptions from your account when you make a one off purchase. They are an unscrupulous company. There are many other services. DON’T USE this one.

Overall: They stole over 250 US from my account by signing me up to a subscription I never agreed to, even though I used PayPal they refused to refund.

Overall: Be cautious with this service — I made a one-time payment of €0.99 for a single document conversion, and a week later they charged me €49 for a subscription I never agreed to. When I contacted their automated customer support, I was told they do not issue refunds. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a total scam.

Pros: It did a simple change I needed, and that's about it.

Cons: Used it for one document but did not see that after 99 cents, they start automatically charging 50 USD (74 CAD) a month. Wow. Great business model. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Overall: Terrible - the subscription model is confusing and the charge per month? For the service? Outrageous.

Overall: I want a say this is a company that steals your money very easy. I need to convert a pdf urgently, I found this and it was less than $1 to convert. So I purchased this but what you dont know is that you are buying a subscription that they charge a week or so later $49.99 and once you request the refund they say is non returnable. They make thousands of dollars every day by charging customers something they dont even know they have.

Pros: large files goes easy, no issues with non-english languages, I do deutch and espanol, no problems by far.

Cons: apparently price. but yk, it costs the services they give.

Overall: 9+ outta 10. would def call it a 10 but the price holds me back. me not rich :)))

Pros: I’m so glad PDF Guru taught me how to read tiny fonts. I signed up for a 7-day trial advertised as $1.99 and was charged $49.99 after the trial ended.

There was no obvious place to cancel or remove my card. Company support asked for partial card digits (which I provided) — still waiting for a refund.

If you enjoy surprise charges and extra paperwork, this is the app for you.

Overall: Use it if you're feeling rich. They will charge you for a fine print trap that you will never gonna notice. Taught me the feeling of how rich I am.

Pros: easy to use, even a kid can use it lol. the tools they provide, like pdf editor & signer are also good, I use em the most.

Pros: I like how it looks & works. easy, contains all the features I need, also good plan if you buy it for the whole team.

Cons: sometimes experienced connection issues, but idk whether it was on their or my end.
