    Pros: The ease in answering the questions asked of me and the response thereto.
    The programs determination and helpful assessment given immediately after answering all the questions asked of you.
    The fact that the assessment can be taken in any environment and at any time.

    Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like as I found the there were untold benefits in undertaking the assessment and no handicaps or negatives in doing so. Well done in achieving this outcome.

    Overall: Excellent software and assessment program specific to determining your optimum self and thus provide essential motivation to undertake the tasks required of you.

    Pros: This assessment is so easy and yet so thorough in showing how I and other people on my team think and make decisions. The report comes immediately and we get to see the results and information on how to optimize our thinking patterns. It provides us with best practices to function as an aligned team. It has clarified how to best motivate myself and others to work together for our team and our clients.

    Cons: I've thought hard about this and can find no negatives.
