Pros: It is very simple to set up, the surveys take less than a minute to create. And the UI is simple enough for anyone to be able to use it.
The AI summaries let's me know exactly what the customers feel, so we can act on it quicker instead of digging through the responses. That has been great for our overall growth.Cons: It is fairly new so some features are still evolving but the team ships out improvements regularly. And it is less bells and whistles than some huge enterprise platforms. So depends on what you need.
Overall: I've had a good experience with Opin so far. It is simple and it is fast. You can roll out surveys fast and you also understand what customers feel faster since you don't have to do the manual work. It has been a simple tool that is helping us three folds.
