OpenDocMan is a free, web-based, open-source document management system (DMS) written in PHP and designed to comply with ISO 17025 and OIE standards for document management. It features web-based access, fine-grained control of access to files, and automated install and upgrades. OpenDocMan was developed under the open-source GPL license, which in a nutshell allows you to use the program for free and modify it any way you wish. We also encourage feedback from our users when they encounter issues, or have suggestions. Free document management software is good for you.
