    Pros: I like that I can see all the apps, to help members apply to. I like that I can have easy access to log in

    Cons: I do not have in cons at the moment. I have been new to the system

    Overall: I enjoy using the Meridian and I like that everything is organized. I like that the members and all information is brought up alphabetically order. It keeps the function more clean.

    Pros: I am a Trainer a small credit union. I facilitate the training for loan navigation and we truly enjoy using Meridianlink Modern Experience. This was a huge improvement from the original view. Navigation is easy and the look is easy o the eyes.

    Cons: I have seen great improvements in the system. The only con I can think of is that is too many options on the columns in the Queues.

    Overall: Overall, I enjoy using and training from the Modern Experience Meridianlink. I remember using the original LoansPQ and it was very technical and clicky. The change to Modern Experience and the continued enhancements have made the system easy to use.

    Pros: The Accessibility is nice and it flows well between screens/tabs
    I Like that it carries over information from our banking system for members

    Cons: How bland it can look- a lot of the tab's ad screens look the same so unless you're used to it can be easy to get lost

    Overall: Super solid platform that makes day-to-day life easy and efficient just wish there was more pop to the different tabs or screens

    Pros: very responsive most of the time, overall this service is very easy to use and understand and the most important thing is that it actually works as it should.

    Cons: sometimes it does give me random errors, you have to hop out of the app to get it to respond.

    Overall: very responsive, and there are some moments were the system has some hiccups but overall very easy and smooth to work with.

    "Not user-friendly at all"

    Pros: I like that when you input a zip-code the system prefills the rest. There really aren't many other positives I can think of to list.

    Cons: ML has been the hardest change for me at my institution, and I've been doing this job for nearly 15-years. It's not user-friendly, it all blends together because there's not enough color, it lags a lot making any process take longer, it's way too clicky and it's been months and I still am frustrated with it every single day. I have a 3-page document with hardships from this transition in my institution. A lot of my suggestions are submitted to ML for review, but nothing ever seems to get approved or changed.

    Overall: Overall, there is so much room for improvement within this system. It's been a struggle since we switched over.

    Pros: MeridianLink Opening is a terrific account opening program that is intuitive to use. I use it heavily every day and appreciate the ease of the workflow.

    Cons: There are required sections by an asterisk, however if that needed field is not filled in the system does not prevent you for going into the next section or from locking the application. This would be more helpful if there was an alert when this occurs for the required section.

    Overall: I would 100% recommend this product to anyone looking for a truly simple member onboarding platform that is simple to train new users on.

    Pros: The system is easy to use with very little training needed. It flows smoothly from page to page, and gives real‑time updates, especially when an applicant responds to a web message and a combo application is declined.

    Cons: Some dropdowns don’t load right away, forcing you to exit and reopen the application. Notifications are limited, and it would help to get alerts for every status change. Current alerts are easy to miss and would benefit from a pop‑up or sound.

    Overall: Overall, the system is very close to perfect. The user experience is smooth, intuitive, and requires minimal training. Page‑to‑page transitions feel seamless, and real‑time notifications, especially for declined combo applications, add meaningful value. With a few improvements to dropdown responsiveness and notification visibility, the platform could easily reach a flawless workflow.

    "As a daily user of MeridianLink Opening:"

    Pros: - Easy to use after short training.
    - Difficult (not impossible) to make errors during opening.
    - Versatility in all different types of products.
    - Does not let you proceed with errors in most if not all important sections.

    Cons: There are specific sections (Application information as an example) that can be confusing to a new user.
    This product has essentials but is not useable to someone to just "pick up and use". Without training one could not go through and open a new account without a procedure or training.
    I believe this could be helped by simply adding icons to see descriptions of what certain items mean/where it found said information/guides/examples of correct inputs)

    Overall: Overall this Product is an 8/10 based on user experience alone. There are times when the system crashes, basic glitches, connection loss, and other items to improve stability, but it functions as expected. As a user for two years, this is simple and effective. As someone coming into this system, I don't believe it should be as complex as it currently is to find mistakes, correct errors, or figure out issues.

    Pros: The fact we can go a head and choose the best fit option for the credit and the original request of the member.

    Cons: When changes have to be made and the items we select don't save and gives an error message.

    Pros: MeridianLink has great integration with our Core, is visually appealing, and easy to understand, and is organized neatly.

    Cons: You have to click twice frequently, once to click off an app and once to click on it. I also think its weird how some of the pop-ups aren't in modern experience.

    Overall: I have enjoyed using MeridianLink for account openings. There is a lot of flexibility on what we can do on our end to make it work for our specific needs as a credit union.

    "Horrible Product for indirect lending"

    Pros: Not too many pros: I guess the two page setup was ok for indirect lending. You can also see application that have been submitted on the direct side

    Cons: Clunky set up ratios are near bottom of second page. There is too many clicks System always goes down. Not an easy funding process .

    Overall: Terrible product for indirect auto lending. MeridianLink is simply not built for high volume indirect lending. The system is to manual. Updates made make the system even worse

    Pros: I like that it is easy to navigate. I like how the different statues are color coded so that it's easy to manage your queue.

    Cons: There is a lot of lag and crashing at times. I also do not like that you have to manually press save for every change. Autosave would save a lot of time and ensure better accuracy.

    Overall: Overall the program is good, there could be some minor changes to make it a more seamless experience. When there are certain errors it will give a code instead of saying what the actual error is which can cause some inconvenience. Other than that it is easy to use.
