Pros: The only thing that is good about this program is that you can import from Excel and put your customers on a map that’s all
Cons: Dozens of times I am unable to import my contacts due to problems with the companies server or software. There is no customer service available in the evenings or on the weekends. There is no telephone number to call for customer service. You need to send an email and then wait and hope that somebody gets back to you. The route optimizer does not optimize properly. Once I optimize my route I have to manually go through each of my stops and re-order many of them to make it more sensible. Customer service is horrible! After using this software for a while, the credit card that I had on file expired. They canceled my account and want to increase my monthly payment by $50 in order to reinstate my account. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever.
