    Pros: Has been invaluable for stubbing on-premise mailboxes, retrieving emails from staff who have left the organisation and as a public sector body it greatly assists us to deal with FOI requests in a timely fashion.

    Cons: Storage space for the archives was a problem for us when we had the system on-premise but that has been resolved now with the migration to the Cloud.

    Overall: Our experience has been extremely positive and certainly a system that we couldn't have managed without over the past 12+ years.

    Pros: I like that there is a consolidation of features into a single pane so that I can easily access all features.

    Cons: Some residual issues on updating search query indices.

    Overall: My overall experience has been very positive – The ease of use and search criteria capability are excellent.

    Pros: Invaluable for retrieving emails from staff who have left the organisation, and who's exchange accounts have been deleted.

    We are a public sector body, so greatly simplifies FOI requests.

    Individual Search functionality means less support calls to the IT helpdesk as users can search their own repositories without assistance

    Very powerful Boolean searches

    Cons: On Prem solution needs Microsoft SQL licencing - resolved by moving to a cloud hosted environment

    Overall: I've been using this product, in it's various iterations, for 15 years. Rock solid and has never let me down
