    "Not worth the cost"

    Pros: They did have good support. That is about it. You could always get a person. I am supposed to write more, but I don't know of other pros to owning this program.

    Cons: Everything about it just about. It is clunky. You have to download their program. The cloud-base application is very very limited. Most importantly they are not transparent about pricing. They say $5000 is all inclusive to which it is not. If you are small like I am you have to pay for lab integration and their e-prescribing platform is very expensive, plus there are better ones out their that cost less. They do not list their pricing on their website which for me is the most infuriating.

    Overall: Horrible. Save your money. Go elsewhere. They are based out of Canada and do not understand the US medical system. The owner keeps trying to say they an aesthetics record EMR, but their website just states EMR.
