Medical practices, clinics, and healthcare organizations in search of a tool to digitize administrative workflows
About Lobbie
Lobbie is a modern, all-in-one healthcare SaaS platform that streamlines patient intake, scheduling, electronic health records, lab and prescription management, billing, and payments, aiming to simplify and modernize the administrative side of a clinic or medical practice. Lobbie replaces paper forms with mobile-optimized, HIPAA-compliant digital intake forms (over 2,000 ready-made templates, or custom-built if needed), which patients can fill out remotely before their visit, often on a smartphone, desktop, or tablet, with no need to create an account. It supports dynamic consent and e-signatures, pre-filled data and automation, and delivers high pre-visit completion rates (clients report up to ~91% of forms completed before arrival). Once intake is digital, Lobbie offers automated scheduling (self-scheduling for patients, staff scheduling for providers), reminders via email or SMS, telehealth support, and integrations with calendars or external systems.

Pros: None whatsoever and they are a sham. No contact by phone policy and no one should use them ever for any reason
Cons: ⭐ 1 out of 5
We run a multi-provider psychiatry and counseling practice, and choosing Lobbie has been one of our most frustrating vendor decisions. The software may look fine in a demo, but once you're a paying customer you learn the truth: **Lobbie has a no-call policy, and support is essentially nonexistent.**
When something breaks in patient intake or scheduling, it isn't a minor inconvenience. Patients are standing at the front desk, forms aren't coming through, and staff are stuck. In that moment you need to reach a human being. With Lobbie you can't. There is no phone number to call and no one to escalate to. You're left submitting requests into a void and waiting, while your front desk scrambles and your patients wait with you.
A healthcare software company that refuses to take phone calls from the healthcare providers who pay it is making a statement about how it values its customers. Lobbie markets itself as a platform that reduces front desk workload. In our experience it added to it, because every problem became ours to solve alone.
Practices evaluating patient intake or scheduling software should ask one question before signing: **"If this goes down during clinic hours, who do I call?"** With Lobbie, the answer is no one.
We would not recommend Lobbie to any practice that needs dependable support.
