    Pros: This website allows you to check pricing instantly from as many lenders that you have added. Getting instant pricing is vital to our business.

    Cons: Sometimes the pricing is off from the investors actual pricing.

    Overall: This website is needed and provides a simple way to check pricing with all of your investors without having to go to each investor to price your loan.
