Pros: Ever since I've started using Knockio, I have had so much ease with managing my team and jobs. The tracking system, communication with text, phone and email and the ability to personalize are some attributes that have made a difference for my business.
Cons: No cons, great communication from Knockio team and very easy to use.
Overall: Overall, impressed with this software. Has CRM, communication (calls, text and email) and canvassing all in one!

Pros: This all in one app makes our company processes so much easier. Communications, canvassing, and crm in one place is about as good as it gets. Onboarding is easy, and teaching new reps how to use it is smooth.
Cons: I don’t have an answer. All positive things to be said about this app.
Overall: As said above, all pros and no cons. I can monitor all communications, keep up with territories with canvassing, and link canvassing directly to our CRM. it’s a great app with benefits that help keep my entire team organized.

Pros: So far, it’s been fabulous. Excellent on boarding great customization. It’s nice. Merging all the apps. We need in one source. Super cost-effective we’re saving a ton of money from the past CRM we were using.
Cons: So far there hasn’t been anything that we found not to work well and we’ve been happy with the service so far
Overall: Overall experience has been excellent on boarding was easy customers issue has been very straightforward and we’ve been very happy thus far with Knockio

Pros: It condenses all my softwares into one clean efficient application. It is saving me money and making it easier for my company. It also has new features that set it apart, my favorite is the in app communications between my reps and our customers, that allows me to track and quality control my teams communications. I can listen to all calls between my customers and team, it allows me to track all messages and emails and read them from my office allowing me to make sure everyone is performing professionally
Cons: Nothing so far, I don’t use all the available features but from all the features I’m using it is efficient and smoother than my other softwares
Overall: 10/10. It handles everything I need while saving me money and adding new and improved features. Would recommend
