BillingHub
BillingHub is invoicing billed by the invoice rather than by the month. Credits are bought once, and one is spent only when an invoice is issued — drafts cost nothing, estimates and quotes are free on every plan, and credits never expire. The packs are one-time and never renew; an optional yearly plan is the only recurring item on the price list.
Invoices go out as PDFs in 156 currencies with your own logo and no BillingHub branding, and there is no cap on clients, products or tax rates. Estimates and quotes are sent as a link the client accepts or declines online, and an accepted quote becomes an invoice. Payments are collected through your own Stripe account.
The yearly plan adds invoices that repeat on a schedule and a REST API with idempotency keys plus outbound webhooks. There is also a free invoice generator that needs no account at all.

Enlivy
Enlivy is a commercial operations platform for service businesses. It connects proposals, contracts, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation in one system with EU e-invoicing through PEPPOL and ANAF eFactura built in natively.
A proposal converts into a contract with multi-party parallel e-signature. A signed contract generates an invoice with automatic tax and multi-currency support. Payments are matched against imported bank statements. Every record links back so audit trails and client history stay complete.
Clients access a branded Customer Portal with passwordless login to view, accept, sign, and pay. The platform is API-first with a REST API, webhooks, Slack, Zapier, and MCP server integrations. Six languages, 41 countries, multi-organization support.
Free plan with no card and no time limit. Paid packs from EUR 4.99/month.

Monk
Monk is an AI-native accounts receivable platform that automates invoice to cash for B2B finance teams: invoicing, AP portal submission, collections and cash application, on top of your existing ERP.
Across the $2B+ in receivables Monk manages, 92% of enterprise invoices have to be submitted through a corporate AP portal rather than paid from an emailed invoice. Monk submits into more than 600 of them, including Coupa, Ariba and SAP Business Network, and uploads 87% autonomously.
Julia, the Monk agent for Intelligent Collections, reads customer replies and responds to what was written rather than advancing a fixed dunning sequence. 90% of invoices resolve without escalation. Email sends from your own mailbox via Gmail or Microsoft 365, so there is no new sending domain.
Payments match to open invoices at 80%, rising to 95% with rules your team configures.
Connects to QuickBooks, NetSuite and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Live in one to three days. SOC 2 Type II.

Invio
Invio is invoicing software for Australian sole traders and tradies. It creates GST tax invoices from saved client profiles and line items, calculates GST at 10 per cent, and toggles between GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive pricing. Invoices carry the ABN and the details an ATO tax invoice requires, and the title reverts to a plain invoice when a business is not registered for GST. Clients pay by card through Stripe from a link on the invoice, or by bank transfer. Reminders chase overdue invoices, quotes convert to invoices, recurring series run on a schedule, and expenses and photo receipts are recorded with GST-aware totals. Reports show outstanding amounts and summarise GST for a chosen period. Invio also connects to Claude and ChatGPT through its own MCP connector, so an assistant can draft invoices, add clients and answer account questions in a chat session. A separate Xero connector reads across several Xero organisations in one session, holding writes as drafts for approval.
