About InvoiceStars
InvoiceStars is review-request software for any business that sends invoices through QuickBooks Online. When a customer pays an invoice in full (balance $0), InvoiceStars emails them a short request to leave a Google review. Deposits and partial payments do not trigger a request. Owners connect using Intuit sign-in, and QuickBooks Online notifies InvoiceStars when a payment arrives; no Zapier or exports are needed. Requests are sent 2 days after payment by default, configurable from 0 to 30 days. Each customer is asked at most once every 90 days, and ap@ and billing@-style inboxes are skipped. Email requests are available; SMS is planned. Requests are sent without incentives, consistent with Google's policies.
