Robotics developers and industrial automation teams requiring a tool to build, test, and scale intelligent robotic applications with ready-to-use open source capabilities
About Intrinsic Core
Intrinsic Core is an open source robotics platform that makes it easier and faster to build and run robotics applications from prototype to production. It provides ready-to-use capabilities for sensor-based control, perception, motion planning, grasp planning, simulation, and other core robotics functions, so developers do not need to build an entire stack from scratch. It uses a pre-configured software environment with integrated services and capabilities, including simulation tools, a digital twin, and a hardware-agnostic real-time control framework for complex integrations. Intrinsic Core is compatible with ROS and the Open Robotics Suite, combining standard workspaces, message definitions, Gazebo simulation, and ready-to-use ROS-compatible services. Its capabilities include accurate 3D object pose detection with NVIDIA FoundationPose, force-controlled insertion and manipulation using real sensor feedback, automated collision-free trajectory planning, and more.
