    Pros: It is an excellent solution for managing my 28 m² flat. My tenant was able to use it intuitively, without any training or help. I can manage tenant expenses, recurring costs, and automated emails, and I can even see if the tenant has viewed a payment request.

    Cons: So far I did not notice any issues using the system

    Overall: five star solution. It helps me and saves me a lot of time. I do not have to do much about managing my rented property
