Bérleményem is a web-based rental property management application for private landlords. It brings property, tenant, lease, meter-reading, rent and utility administration into one workspace. Tenants can use a portal to submit meter readings with photos, view charges, report payments and raise maintenance issues. The system calculates utility consumption and charges from readings and configured tariffs for landlord review, and supports recurring monthly rent and utility items, payment-status tracking, reminders and maintenance follow-up. Portfolio reports summarize rental income, expenses and yield, with annual summaries and exports for tax administration. The product also supports lease and insurance expiry alerts and monthly settlement workflows. One property can be managed free with an eight-month data view; paid access unlocks full history and additional properties, with a three-month trial for two or three properties.
