    "Support well below acceptable!"

    Pros: Used the product since 2013, initial set up and support couldn't be faulted, but since key staff have taken steps back or retired, the current Management team seem to have lost the values of the original owners.

    Cons: In March 2025 added the candidate web portal, sales ledger function and additional compliance reporting - 18 months on we still have unresolved issues. Tech support have no SLA's in place. Zero project management, scope of works or time frame for implementation. Very poor service

    Overall: So much staff and management time has been wasted on what should have been a relatively simple project upgrade- more hassle than it has been worth.
