SonicHire is a recruiting application for teams that want to automate early-stage candidate screening. Recruiters add a role and job description, then review and edit AI-drafted interview questions and a scoring rubric. Applicants complete an asynchronous voice interview through a browser link, without scheduling a live call or installing software. The interviewer asks follow-up questions based on candidate responses. SonicHire provides interview transcripts, recordings, scores, summaries, and a ranked shortlist for recruiter review. Team members can leave notes on candidate transcripts. Candidates for a role are assessed with the same questions and rubric, while hiring teams review the results and decide who advances. SonicHire supports first-round screening; it does not make the final hiring decision.

Shortlists is an AI-native recruitment CRM built specifically for small agencies and independent recruiting desks. It brings candidates, clients, jobs, placements, outreach, meetings, and revenue tracking into one system that speaks the language of recruitment rather than generic sales software. A unified Kanban pipeline manages custom stages, full candidate and client profiles, placement tracking, fee forecasting, automated activity logging, and searchable records. BD Radar scans live job boards across the UK, US, and Europe, scores opportunities against the agency’s niche and existing candidates, enriches company and contact data, and drafts outreach. Natural-language database search surfaces the best-matched candidates without Boolean queries, while automatic assessments rank them against each role. An AI notetaker joins Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet calls, transcribes conversations, extracts skills, availability, and salary expectations, updates profiles, and prepares emails.
