Pros: HappyFox has the ability to create tickets according to the problem and it auto-redirects to the department. Its user interface makes it incredibly easy to onboard. You can create feedback surveys and send them after the user's problem is resolved. Integration with Salesforce. Predesigned self-service, FAQ page
Cons: Its chatbot is very less capable. Doesn't gives a satisfactory response.
Overall: I liked how HappyFox helped us to combine different support channels into one place. Its report gives data about customer feelings and supports representative accomplishment. Overall, I suggest HappyFox if are searching for a helpdesk tool that can generate tickets, has Omnichannel ability, shares reports and integration with Salesforce.
