    Cons: I never encountered any problem with this platform.

    #2- It can be integrated with the Slack platform.
    #3- Easy to Create and resolve customers' tickets.
    #4- In Slack, the assigned tickets automatically transfer to the support department.

    Cons: #1- There should be a ticket reminder for the support team to get notified and resolve on time.

    Overall: Halp is a simple customer ticketing software. We used Halp in our organization with Slack integration. It helps us to create and resolve tickets in a simplified way. With the help of Slack integration we support, assign and resolve tickets within a single platform.
