GoSite

Pros: No pros. I can’t get anyone to return my calls or emails after being in touch for a month. I was told my problem would be resolved but now I’m being dodged.

Cons: They’ve lied to me. They won’t respond to my calls or emails.

Overall: Don’t use them. After 2 years of canceling with them, I start getting charged a monthly payment for something they never made me aware I would need to cancel separately. I was told they had talked to the other company and had it resolved, but when I contacted the company it was not resolved. Now I can’t get anyone who I’ve previously been in contact with at GoSite to return my calls or emails.

Pros: Nothing about this company is good. They promise the moon and give you mud. Do not use them! They make you sign a contest but then they don’t hold up their end of the contract but won’t let you out.

Cons: I was promised support and help getting my online presence optimized. They developed a marginal webpage for my business, helped me download their app and I have not heard from them since. I never should have left townsquare! Beware when listening to these people!!!

Overall: I have been with 3 different companies that have promised help in optimization of my web presence and this GoSite is by far the worst of all 3.

Pros: Can't think of one yet. It's been over a month since signed up and nothing is complete to give a pro.

Cons: Horrible website, Poor customer service, one year contract.

Overall: Not happy with the service. I'm still working with them to fix all the problems with the website. You will have to make sure everything is setup otherwise they won't. Someone has been dropping the ball.

Pros: Its an amazingly professional website builder. It provides top to bottom website customizations to select from its pre-built designs. Easy to deploy SEO tool and make an appealing business website.

Cons: It's an outstanding professional websites builder.

Overall: It's an excellent professional website builder. Overall I used it gives me the ability to design and customize from top to bottom using its pre-built templates. Its a very easy and affordable platform to makes your business go online.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to setup, affordable, works on mobile, good for non-technical users, everything we need

Cons: None so far. We had a lot of problems before GoSite because we are not very technical so managing reviews and our website and local listings online was challenging. Not anymore. GoSite is great for our local business

Overall: GoSite does everything we need it to do. Instead of having to have a bunch of different technical services and website and review management tools, we can just manage our local business right from one central tool. GoSite has been extremely valuable for us and lets us focus on what we do best, which is not the technical aspect
