"Locked out of account" Edited 2022-06-07
Pros: Clean interface. The product like any editor has a learning curve. It takes a while but you'll eventually get the hang of it.
Cons: I am locked out and cannot access the whitepaper I am writing. This is a terrible experience for a writing application. I've used Slab and Knowledge 360 and I've never experienced anything like this.
Overall: This is a definitely a show stopper and there is no support! I've send numerous emails with no reply from the GitBook team.
