Everything just works smoothly, without lag or clunky navigation. ✅ Amazing Collaboration Features – Real-time editing, inline commenting, and version history make teamwork seamless. I can easily work with my team on technical docs, wikis, and knowledge bases without any confusion. ✅ Perfect for Developers – As someone who deals with API documentation, I love that Archbee supports Markdown and integrates well with OpenAPI/Swagger. It saves me so much time! ✅ Highly Customizable – Embedding diagrams, videos, and code snippets is effortless, making my documentation more interactive and engaging. ✅ Lightning-Fast Search – This is a game-changer! I can find information instantly across all my workspaces, which is crucial when handling large documentation projects. Cons ❌ Limited Free Plan – I wish the lower plans included more features. If you're serious about documentation, you’ll likely need to upgrade to a higher plan.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Clean interface. The product like any editor has a learning curve. It takes a while but you'll eventually get the hang of it. Great editor interface. Generate book as Static Website, PDF, eBook. Free for open source projects. Syncs with GitHub and GitLab. Version control and async collaboration. Cons I am locked out and cannot access the whitepaper I am writing. This is a terrible experience for a writing application. I've used Slab and Knowledge 360 and I've never experienced anything like this. No cons - Community edition is free forever although with limitations.
