    "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

    Cons: Apparently, cancelling a subscription is an advanced feature reserved for premium users.

    The “Cancel Subscription” button didn’t work, so I contacted support. They asked me to send them a video proving that the button didn’t work. I did exactly that. Then… silence.

    I followed up. More silence.

    Eventually, Gantter decided that while they may not be able to cancel my subscription, they are perfectly capable of charging me for another month.

    10/10 commitment to recurring revenue.

    At this point, I’m starting to suspect the cancellation button is less of a button and more of an interactive art installation.

    Overall: Overall it's a catastrophic experience. Would give -12 stars if could. I couldn't be more disappointed. To me, it feels no different than being scammed.

    Pros: Advertising looks good and sounds honest and decent, but that is just a facade. What options do you have when they don't even engage in dialogue to fix an issue, arrogant crooks?

    Cons: Gannett Customer Service and Policies are below pathetic! Which software company has a policy that if you change your email, you lose access to the product? Which customer service policy says to tell the customer too bad you've lost your money? Which software company takes your annual fee and won't even consider that you changed your email and want to institute a new one? Gannter.

    Overall: Gannter is a fraud. Sounds good, but the reality is their policies are designed to extract money and then abandon you.

    Pros: It is an available alternative to Microsoft Project. This web-based app is usable. Something is better than nothing.

    Cons: Some functionality quirks left me wanting. Poor support response times.
    I tried Project Plan 365 and liked that better, and they have a library of YouTube videos.

    Overall: Tried Gantter free for a little bit, then jumped in a paid the annual subscription. Unfortunately, 3 weeks later when I decided Gantter was not for me, they refused to refund me. They get a zero for customer service.
