About AxioPlan
AxioPlan is project estimation software for delivery managers and agency PMs who need to answer scope questions live on the client call.
Estimates use three-point PERT math: enter optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic hours per task. AxioPlan calculates risk-adjusted totals using Root Sum of Squares, outputting P50, P80, and P95 delivery dates with cost breakdowns by epic and role.
The timeline is live. Remove an epic, adjust scope - delivery dates and costs recalculate in real time.
Share a read-only link before or during the call. The client sees the live Gantt, the P85 delivery date, and the cost breakdown - updated the moment you make a change. No PDF to rebuild. No follow-up email. Close on the call.
Built for digital agencies and software consultancies on fixed-price contracts. Flat monthly pricing. Unlimited team members.

"Finally a planning tool that does one thing really well." Edited 2026-07-04
Pros: Setup took me maybe 2 minutes, no onboarding wizard hell or 40 settings to configure before you can do anything. Setup account and you get straight into project planning window. What I really like is that it does the handful of things I actually need for planning and roadmapping and doesn't bury them under features I'll never touch. The interface is clean and everything is where you'd expect it to be, so I was building out my scope on day one instead of watching tutorials.
Cons: Would love a couple more integrations down the line, and a dark mode wouldn't hurt. Minor stuff though - nothing that's actually slowed me down.
Overall: I've bounced between a few of the bigger planning tools and always ended up overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff I had to ignore. This one is the opposite - it's focused, fast to pick up, and the feature set feels like it was built for exactly the way I work rather than trying to be everything to everyone. It quietly gets out of the way and lets me plan. Been a nice surprise and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants planning without the bloat.
