About Fast-Backup
Fast-Backup is free, open-source incremental backup software for Windows. After the first backup, it copies only new and changed files, making subsequent backups fast. Back up selected folders to USB drives, external disks or network storage. The current backup remains as ordinary, directly browsable files, so files can be opened or restored without proprietary archive software. File history can preserve earlier versions for point-in-time recovery, while practical safeguards help prevent mistakes and unwanted changes. Fast-Backup supports scheduled and manual backups and is available in 64-bit and 32-bit versions. It is released under the MIT License, with the complete source code available on GitHub.
